Cancellations
Once a session is scheduled and paid for, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a 24-hour notice is not submitted, no refund will be be given.

If advanced notice is given, the student has the option of having the payment refunded or being applied to a future session.

Rescheduling
A student may be able to reschedule a session if advanced notice is provided to Dr. Tolson within 24 hours.

No Shows
If a student fails to notify Dr. Tolson within 24 hours, then no refund will be given.

If a student fails to notify and attend at least 3 sessions, the student will be subject to immediate termination.
